These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Double O Travels' website and the services offered by us. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Booking and Payments

Upon consultation, Double O Travels provides a customized price quote for travel planning services. Payment terms and cancellation policies are discussed during this consultation. Service offerings are detailed in our packages section. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services, and to manage financial transactions as per the discussed terms.

Booking Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to book. Any underage persons listed in a client's guest list are the client's responsibility.

Payments and Cancellations

A deposit is required before trip planning, with the final payment due upon completion. The fee for add-on services is also required along with the deposit or once trip planning begins. No refunds for the deposit once planning begins. Refunds are applicable for add-on services if they have not started. Extra charges apply for changes during planning.

Late Bookings

Executive and Premium Packages booked less than three months out, and Standard Packages booked less than six weeks out, incur an expedited package charge.

User Behavior

Users are prohibited from engaging in unlawful behavior, hate speech, promotions, spam, or any behavior that disrupts the website's functionality or compromises the integrity of our services. We reserve the right to disable user accounts that violate these terms.

Liability and Responsibilities

Double O Travels is not liable for personal injury, property damage, theft, or unexpected events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism). While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date travel recommendations, plans may change due to availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for added protection.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use of our website content, including text and images, is prohibited. Attribution, adaptation, and use for commercial or non-commercial purposes must be with our explicit written consent.

Third-party Tours and Excursions

Tours and activities are booked through third-party companies. We advise timely booking to avoid unavailability; Double O Travels is not liable for late bookings. Some activities may be canceled due to weather or unexpected changes. In this case, refunds for cancellations are handled by these companies, if applicable per their refund policy.

Travel Documentation and Health

Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, health documentation, and meeting destination entry and exit requirements. We recommend consulting with health practitioners for valid health documentation and staying informed about travel risks.
